  12. Target specific buyers by home features (i.e. single family home to young condo owners)
  13. Regularly scheduled consultations to review property status and marketing program throughout listing period.
  14. An active, professional office team to help serve you, with two licensed REALTORS®
  15. Property access for potential buyers, via secure key box
  16. Be in attendance for all contract offers, or on the phone as soon as there is an offer to be presented
  17. Contract negotiation. We discuss the good and bad in all offers
  18. We can help with the set up of escrow and settlement
  19. Assistance in new home purchase
  20. Follow through on all contract contingencies
  21. Providing you with suggestions for affiliated professionals and service companies that you might need during the move process
  22. Moving tips and assistance
  23. Attend all inspections, closing and final walk through of property
  24. We charge NO FEES until we sell your home. We are then paid at closing
  25. We carry the marketing fees at NO-RISK or COST to you
