Terri relocated from Minnnesota in 1978 and has served on the Church Council for Good Shepherd Lutheran Church for over 7 years. Terri was also on Council for Via De Christo as Prayer Elder. She is now serving as President for Cottonwood Hills Condo Association and on te Board for HUGS for T.UG. A non-profit organization building orphanages in Tanania and Uganda.  She has led bible studies for Koininia in the past, ( a womens fellowship group) for over 12 years, a college womens bible study, a Couples Study, a Mother/Daughter bible study and is part of a Couples Fellowship Group that has been meeting for over 15 years, every month. Terri and her husband also mentor engaged and newly married couples for marriage.

Terrilee has received many Awards throughout the years of her Real Estate service. Included are: Top Producer,  ReMax Executive Gold Awards, She has been Spotlighted in Utah's Realtor Magazine on Feb 2011 as "Good Real Estate Agent Award" , has had articles in "Investor Magazine" and the "Salt Lake Trib", as well as receiving the "Excellent Real Estate Agent Service" awards. Recently in Feb. 2016, with her present company, Realtypath Success, Terri has received an "Award of Excellence" and a "Community Service Award"! 2017 The Realtypath Silver Award.

Over the years,  our listings have sold in an average of 45 days. At any given time, we have 40%-50% of our current listing inventory "under contract" with a sale pending. We don't just list houses, we LIST them and we SELL them!

Terrilee Fitz a FULL TIME Real Estate professional broker/agent who is an experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent who specializes in single family homes, condos, short sales, commercial and multi-unit investment properties in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas.

Terri's background: Terri has held Professional licenses as a Teacher and Special Needs Teacher, A Private Detective and an Insurance Adjustor for 8 years. She is also a Real Estate Investor who can train you in the processes of building your own portfolio. Terri moved to Utah from Minnesota in 1978 to ski and attend the University of Utah. Her hobbies include: skiing, scuba diving, traveling and working with teenagers.

She is also a member of the RCA ( Real Estate Agents Commercial Alliance) and the Association of Real Estate Agents (National Association of Real Estate Agents).

Community Service: Terrilee is currently the President for the Board of Directors for Cottonwood Hills condo community and she is also on the Board of Directors for HUGs for Tugs, where they currently finished building two orphanages in Uganda and Tanzania.

Terrilee Fitz of RealtyPath Platinum Real Estate has earned the prestigious Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation, having completed extensive training in foreclosure avoidance and short sales. This is invaluable expertise to offer at a time when the area is ravaged by “distressed” homes in the foreclosure process.

Short sales allow the cash-strapped seller to repay the mortgage at the price that the home sells for, even though it is lower than what is owed on the property. With plummeting property values, this can save many people from foreclosure and even bankruptcy. More and more lenders are willing to consider short sales because they are much less costly than foreclosures.

In the Salt Lake City area, more than 10,879 homes are in danger of foreclosing. It is happening in all price ranges. Local experts say that even high-priced homes are not immune.

“This CDPE designation has been invaluable as I work with sellers and lenders on complicated short sales,” said Terrilee. “It is so rewarding to be able to help sellers save their homes from foreclosure.”
