Terri relocated from Minnnesota in 1979 and has served on the Church Council for Good Shepherd Luthern Church for over 7 years. Terri is also on Council for Via De Christo as Prayer Elder.  She has led bible studies for Koininia in the past, ( a womens fellowship group) for over 12 years and continues to lead a college womens bible study, a Couples Study and a Mother/Daughter bible study. 

Terrilee has received awards for Top Producer, ReMax Excutive Gold, as well as excellent Customer Service awards and being Ethical.

Over the years our listings have sold in an average of 45 days.  At any given time, we have 40%-50% of our current listing inventory "under contract" with a sale pending.   We don't just list houses, we LIST them and we SELL them!

Terrilee Fitz a FULL TIME Real Estate professional who is experienced and knowledgeable real estate agent who specializes in  single family homes, condos, short sales, commercial and multi-unit investment properties in the Salt Lake and surrounding areas. 

Terri's background: Terri has held Professional licenses as a Private Detective and an Insurance Adjustor for 8 years. She is also a Real Estate Investor who can train you in the processes of building your own portfilio.  Terri moved to Utah from Minnesota in 1978 to ski and attend the University of Utah. Her hobbies include: skiing, scuba diving, traveling and working with teenagers.

Terri's Real Estate Education, Designations and Affiliations:

Terri received a Bachelor's degree in Education and Special Education from the University of Utah. She also is an AB (Associate Broker) and has her  GRI designation (Graduate Real Estate Institute.) and her ABR designation (Accredited Buyer Representative)  and her CDPE designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert) , ARC (Advanced Real Estate Certificate). 

She has completed in-depth training for commercial properties and residential homes. Classes which includes the prestigious training from CCIM (Commercial Real Estate Institute for Financial Analysis) NBI (National Business Institute). She has also taken courses in Taxation, fair housing, professional standards, loan fraud, investment analysis, legal aspects of Real Estate and business development among many others. She is also a memeber of the RCA ( Realtors Commercial Alliance) and the NAR (National Association of Realtors).
